Scheduling
haOr l’Olam Ministries for engagements may be done by
contacting John or Diann Phelps by letter, e-mail, or telephone. All scheduling
is arranged on a first-come basis. Please note that the busiest season for
scheduling is the weeks prior to Holy Week and during Holy Week itself.
(Because of certain commitments, currently only requests for ministry in the
local area of the ministry headquarters are accepted for Saturday of Holy Week,
and no requests are accepted for Resurrection Sunday.) Requests for ministry
during this season should be made as early as possible (even as much as one
year or more in advance) because of the number of requests. It is not
impossible to schedule with less notice, but it is more difficult to find open
dates. Any request for a booking or a specific date must be confirmed by haOr l’Olam Ministries either by telephone confirmation or written confirmation.
Simply making a request is not sufficient to guarantee that the date has been
secured.
haOr l’Olam Ministries operates on a love-offering or
honorarium basis, the decision of which method is left to the inviting
organization or persons. There is no minimum fee required; all that is asked is
that, at least, expenses be covered. If
stay in the area is necessary, accommodations for John and Diann would need to
be arranged. Those accommodations can be as guests in a private home or, in the
event of the unavailability of a private home, in a commercial establishment.
All
gifts, love-offerings, or honorariums in check form should be made payable to haOr l’Olam Ministries
and not to John Phelps personally.
haOr l’Olam Ministries is a non-profit organization, and
all gifts and donations are tax-deductible. (Any tax-exempt information which
may be needed, including identification numbers, can be obtained from haOr l’Olam Ministries at the above address.) Please Note:
haOr l’Olam Ministries is no longer affiliated with God’s
Storehouse, Inc. While its own 501(c)(3) status is being obtained, the ministry will officially be
